n your new role you will: G

• ather and translate requirements for functional solutions into clear AI scope and objectives. H
• armonize business process/work method to enable analytics/ AI solutions into implementation. P
• lanned, execute, monitor, control, and closed proof-of-concept, pilot, and roll-out projects according to PRIMA and AI systematics. D
• rive approval of all business gate releases (including documentation, presentation, justification, etc.) B
• e the key communication interface on respective project topics to Segments and Divisions. W
• ork together with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful transition of AI concepts to high-volume manufacturing. A
• ssess and manage project constraints/ risks and ensure project plans are implemented on schedule, within budget, and within scope. M
• ake recommendations to improve overall project delivery and efficiency.

ou are best equipped for this task if you have: M

• asters / Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Chemical / Electrical / Microelectronics / Mechanical / Materials, etc.) >
• 5 years leading teams in planning and executing projects using Agile/ SCRUM/ other project management methodologies. >
• 5 years working in Manufacturing Process / Package Development/ IE in the semiconductor or electronics industry. >
• 5 years working with cross-functional & cross-regional teams across a matrix organization. G
• ood communication skills G
• ood aptitude for collaboration, people management, negotiation, and solution finding H
  ands-on working in AI, Automation, or Data Analytics.
