We are looking for Assistant Director of F&B As an Assistant Director of F&B we rely on you to Support the Director of Food & Beverage to optimise profitability of every outlet Driving team to ensure both Revenue & Guest service Experience achieved the target Analyse market trends and make suggestions based on latest market and industry trends Assist in maintaining a high standard of service In partnership with the Director of Food & Beverage you will have responsibility for the branding, revenue and management of Food & Beverage colleagues To be accountable for external contracts such as suppliers, performers etc. Lead the Food & Beverage team to provide the highest standard of service We are looking for someone who: Has a passion for Food & Beverage Enjoys interacting with people Has high proficiency in both written and spoken English (and the local language) Enjoys presenting to the senior management team Must have experience working in either a luxury restaurant or a 5* hotel environment A friendly, helpful and trustworthy leader Creative with an eye for detail Displays curiosity and takes time to learn and understand new culinary trends Upholds professional values, ethics and integrity at all times Thinks out of the box, Leads by example Enjoys being challenged, Willing to work shifts If you are the right person, what are you waiting for? go to the following link! http://www.shangri-la.com/corporate/careers
