Peachy, a new restaurant/rooftop bar in Canggu, seeking wait staff and bar staff. We are an Australian company called Ruse Group, currently running a successful restaurant on the Gold Coast and recently expanded into Canggu, Bali, Indonesia.

'Peachy', is a two story rooftop bar & restaurant that seats 70, open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. We serve a menu of shared plates, modern cocktails, imported wines, local craft beers and offer an amazing service experience. The Ruse Group product is service (we aim to amaze everyone) and with our systems we will train all of our staff to be inspiring, consistently excellent, and to be ecologically aware.

The roles are full time positions, working 5 days per week. The salary will be paid monthly, including BPJS, THR, two weeks annual holiday leave plus an equal share of the service charge. A meal per day is also provided as part of the salary.

More about the roles;

BAR STAFF

- Salary based on experience, starting from 3.5 - 4.5 million per month.

Reporting directly to the Bar Supervisor, you will be responsible for all bar operations from opening, closing, cleaning and service including the preparation and creation of cocktails, beers and wines quickly and efficiently. You will work closely with the Bar Supervisor to be trained on our companies standards, preparation and creation of our drinks list.

The successful applicant will :

• Have a minimum 1 year experience in an equivalent position at a full service restaurant or bar.
• Have experience with making cocktails and general spirit, beer and wine knowledge.
• Fluent in English languages.
• Have attention to detail, be technologically minded and a willingness to learn new systems.
• Must be able to commute to Canggu daily and be prepared to work weekends and late nights.

WAIT STAFF

- Salary based on experience, starting from 3.5 - 4.5 million per month

Reporting directly to the Restaurant Supervisor, you will be responsible for all front of house operations from opening, closing, cleaning and service including the preparation of tables and menus for service, waiting tables, making recommendations and understanding our food menu and drinks list. You will work closely with the Supervisors to be trained on our companies standards and products, but most importantly you will create an amazing service experience for our customers.

The successful applicant will:

• Have a minimum 1 year experience in an equivalent position at a full service restaurant or bar
• Have experience with imported wines, beers and modern cocktails.
• Be fluent in English language.
• Have attention to detail, be technologically minded and a willingness to learn new systems
• Must be able to commute to Canggu daily and be prepared to work weekends and late nights.
