Building Maintenance Staff


Maintenance Staff Description:

  • Manage the maintenance/repair of RockStar Academy Outlet facilities, infrastructure and equipment.
  • Diagnose technical problems and determine appropriate solutions
  • Troubleshoot, test, repair and service technical equipment
  • Work flexible shifts and adapt as needed
  • Possibly be able to lift heavy tools or materials, and work in tight or awkward spaces.
  • Attention to detail is important in building maintenance to ensure that repair and maintenance work is completed correctly and efficiently which will satisfy the Academy Manager on site.

Requirements:

1. Experience in the field of building electricity, electrical panel boxes, civil, and building construction for at least 5 years.
2. Civil Engineering/Electrical Engineering/Engineering education or certification
3. Microsoft Office
4. Building Maintenance experience of at least 1 year
5. Can communicate with Email, WhatsApp and Social Media
6. DRIVER'S LICENSE C
