Job Description

Key responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

• Acquisition of new customers in the field of building cleaning, Industry & Corporate offices.
• Establishing a comprehensive, close customer relationship and maintaining contact with decision-makers and employees
• Sales fulfilment for defined key customers (new customers)
• Executing plans to reach out unexplored market segments & customer groups for business expansion
• Establishing processes & SOPs and deploying various methodologies
• Tracking competition & market movement; evolving marketing & sales strategies in-line with current market scenarios
• Presentation and demonstration of new products and systems
• Implementation of the corporate philosophy in the area of sales and customer care
• Supporting colleagues with new customer acquisition and customer problems

The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate has at least 5 years of professional experience in B2B, preferably in the field of building cleaning. Other than that, he/she must possess:

• Stress resilience and reliability in meeting deadlines
• Sales suitability and closing security
• Teamwork and social skills
• Very good knowledge of spoken and written English and Bahasa
