Job Description

Holds diploma/bachelor degree in related study (marketing, business development or administration). Minimum 5 years in a business development or sales role within construction related industries in Indonesia. Successfully hold similar position for at least 1 year. Proven track record of business development and sales engagements and product placement with designers, architects and contractors. Experience with developing resellers- and sales agents network is a prerequisite. Pride and attention to detail. Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia. Pro-active self-starter. Polished personal presentation with warm, confident and hospitable personality. Excellent knowledge of MS Office/Teams. Hands-on experience with a CRM (Customer Relations Management) software is a plus. Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques. Fast learner and passion for sales. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach. Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations. Has an enthusiasm to develop own skills and knowledge. Has an ability to adapt to change and willingness to embrace new ideas and processes. Has an ability to work with low supervision and deliver quality work. Possesses team player qualities. Job Type: Full-time Salary: Rp20,000,000 - Rp25,000,000 per month Ability to commute/relocate: Lombok: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
