About The Company:
Our Client has been developing successful Urban areas that demonstrates the pioneering vision of the Company. The company designed independent townships that feature green environments, supported by world class infrastructure.

This role will report directly to the CEO of the company.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee full spectrum of Finance/Accounting activities and ensure the implementation of accounting policies, procedures and internal control systems to safeguard assets

  • Stepping into a business partnering role to provide financial support and advice to the Board on business activities including development of Lippo property in Makassar
  • Preparation of budgets, financial reports, tax and audit functions
Key Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accounting/Management. Master's Degree would be a plus
  • Minimum of 15 years of work experience in managing large businesses, background from real estate company would be a plus
  • Must relocate and be based in Makassar
  • Big 4 experience is preferred
