Qualifications :

  • Male/Female, Max. 30 years old
  • Minim. D3 Communication & Visual Design (DKV), Communication, or related
  • Minim. 1 years experience as Content Creator or related
  • Accustomed to creating content in the field of Food & Beverage
  • Able to use software for design, photo and video editing
  • Up-to-date with trends on social media
  • An active social media user and able to handle company social media
  • Attention to detail, good looking and have good public speaking
  • Fluent in English (oral and written)

Responsibilities :

  • Manage the company's various digital platforms and communicate with consumers (social media, google reviews, websites, etc.)
  • Create content concepts according to the company's character
  • Performing digital trend analysis, especially in the F&B field for material content
  • Collaborating with PR Marketing Officer and Graphic Designers to create advertising content/campaigns
  • Collaborating with influencers and other external parties to increase engagement
  • Edit photos and videos, design according to company needs
  • Respond to consumer comments and questions on digital platforms and customer care
  • Cooperating with the team in providing feedback related to questions, complaints, suggestions, and input from consumers
  • Documentation of products, atmosphere, and activities according to company needs
