  • Review and advice management on legal implications of internal policies and procedures
  • Checking on the legal documents of the owners (private/company) and the premises (land certificate, Building permit, etc.)
  • Create/update list of requests for drafting, reviewing, and signature processing of offering letter or lease agreement
  • Control expired date of agreement and process renewal
  • Making risk control measures and review all the legal compliance issues to prevent or deal with violations of local Indonesian laws
  • Review and updating of the Indonesian company's legal compliance issues and corresponding risk control measures to ensure that the operation of the Indonesian company is in compliance with current applicable laws
  • Other tasks regarding legal topics to be specified by the Management

  • Minimum Bachelors Degree in Law
  • Required skills : Legal Contract, Legal Drafting, Litigation, Permitt & Compliance
  • Minimum 7 years of working experience in related field (preferably from Property/Real Estate Industry)
  • Strong analytical and comprehension skills regarding business issues and legal risks
  • Energic, Highly-Motivated, Detail-Oriented & Excellent Teamwork
