Corporate Strategy Manager will be responsible for all analytics related to Corporate Strategy, preparation for Board discussions, and tracking/measurement tied Company’s highest-priority strategic projects. Examples include M&A strategy, competitive & industry analysis, and channel strategy. As part of this, s/he will develop compelling, data-driven insights and recommendations that drive decision-making by the CEO.

Your main duties in flying with us

    • Responsible for facilitating and developing one of tiket.com's specific vertical overall strategy and execution plan, including:
    • Identifying growth opportunities, business model innovation, and facilitating cross-functional vertical initiatives
    • Monitoring medium to long-term business trends/outlooks, gathering competitive intelligence to contribute strategic business planning discussion for assigned vertical
    • Providing a structured approach, research, and analysis that supports the decision-making process and ensuring continuous improvement of such processes across vertical functions (Commercial, Product, CS)
    • Reviewing the operating model, balanced scorecard performance, and participating in the annual business planning cycle for the assigned vertical
    • Leading cross-functional strategic projects and connecting business functions to ensure smooth operations

Mandatory belongings that you must prepare

    • Have experience as Senior Consultant or Manager in Management Consulting / Transaction Advisory / Lead Advisory or Corporate Strategy in tech startups
    • Minimum bachelor's degrees from any major
    • Knowledge of business processes
    • Experience in requirements gathering, requirement management, gap analysis
    • Experience with the statistical method
    • Experience with market research
    • Advanced problem-solving & analytical thinking
    • Have good communication & interpersonal skills
