DepartmentOperations LevelExperienced (Team Lead) LocationIndonesia - Jakarta The Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. Job Description: Scale up Shopee Xpress by focusing on overseeing the Customer Service department Drive high-impact growth and operational excellence project in a fast-paced environment with a nationwide scale Support ongoing initiatives within the Customer Service and other departments to ensure the effectiveness and on-time implementation Monitor key operational metrics, business reports, and project implementation progress regularly Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Management, or any related field Minimum 4 years of work experience in a Project Management role with prior working experience in a tech startup, and management consulting Proven ability to manage large and challenging projects Experience in leading cross-functional projects and teams, driving real results Exceptional negotiation and interpersonal skills Strong communication skill and ability to speak and write in English Proficient in operating Ms. Excel
