ENGINEERING STAFF

Department : Operational & Human Resource

Location : Bali (onsite)

JOB DESCRIPTION

GENERAL

• Assessing the efficiency of technologies, instruments, and equipment.
• Building, setting up, and improving systems, procedures, and equipment.
• Projecting the costs and timeframes of projects, as well as creating work schedules and setting deadlines.
• Ensuring compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.

CIVIL

• Repair any minor damage to buildings
• Make sure there no leaks on wall or roof of buildings
• Repairs any broken doorknobs, door hinges, etc
• Maintenance the building facilities

MECHANICAL

• Ensure that work support equipments and bulding facilities are fungtioning properly
• Minor repairs any problematic air conditioning
• Minor cleaning routine the air conditioning
• Make sure the electrical suply to air conditioning are fungtioning propery

ELECTRICAL

• Maintenance of all electrical instalations
• Minor repairs to electrical equipment
• Ensure that work support equipments are fungtioning properly
• Regurally checking MCB and electric socket and instalations safety
• Tidy up the installation or wiring at each work station and coordination with IT Team
• Testing and cleaning the generator and UPS are working properly
• Make sure the light in all rooms are on and in good condition

PLUMBING

• Maintenance of water pump
• Repairs to pump machine equipment
• Ensure that water instalation equipments are fungtioning properly
• Regurally checking pipe instalations not leaking
• Repairs faucets, toilets, wastafels and drains

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimal 3 years experienced in same position
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering is advantage
• Strong knowledge and skill in managing CMEP
• Able to make schedule on monitoring and maintenance
• Strong communication skill, fast response and responsible
• Able to apply safety standards and adhere industry regulations
• Have english language skill is advantage
• Willing to be placed in Denpasar Barat

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months
