The Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. Job Description:
  • Responsible for reviewing, improving and redesigning SPX business processes (for assigned relevant section / topic)
  • Maps and documents key business processes (for assigned relevant sections / topics)
  • Identifies bottlenecks and/or pain points on current processes and proposes improvement suggestions
  • Gathers improvement input from site visits and also from the Compliance and Quality Control / Assurance team
  • Updates and maintains documentation on process improvements and process performance
Requirements:
  • Preferably 1-2 yrs experience in Business Process / SOP Reengineering
  • Preferably coming from logistics, supply chain, or e-commerce background
  • Familiar with KPI logistics, metrics, systems, and flow
  • Experienced in developing, maintaining, and/or updating SOPs
  • Highly flexible, good teamwork, and able to work under minimal supervision
  • Good communication skills and easy to adapt to new environment
  • Willing to be placed at South Jakarta
