Growth Growth Executive Semarang,Central Java Full Time General Overview Oversees planning, execution, and reporting for on-ground marketing campaigns, and MC community management for Central Java region. Manages the regional field teams (Field Marketers) within the region to ensure plans are followed in accordance with operations and growth’s requirements. Split between the Branch office and the field, the Growth Executive (GE) will oversee the execution of activation initiatives by Field Marketing teams and vendor partners, and work closely with the Branch Manager, Area Managers, and Field Coordinators to help identify opportunities to amplify Jiva’s existing presence throughout a region. The role will work within the growth team under the management of the Indonesian Growth Manager, who will provide strategic direction for growth initiatives and support for planned expansion within the region. This role will report directly to the Growth Manager. Roles and responsibilities Identify opportunities, plan and oversee the execution of offline Growth activities within a region (Central Java) Manage a team of Field Marketers (3-5) Planning and overseeing primary research from Jiva’s users (Farmers and Micro Collectors), and compiling product user feedback Negotiate vendor contracts and partnerships to further accelerate and facilitate growth initiatives throughout the region Manage the creation and production of marketing collateral to be used for growth-related and community building activities Support regional expansion initiatives based on the strategic direction of branch and country leadership Manage the growth of the offline Micro Collector community through development of key initiatives, conducting primary research, and working with community partners Work with community leaders (Key farmer, Head of village, Dinas, etc) to ensure successful execution of growth activities Attend Users Community meeting and support the activities by Community Monitor trends and activities and report these to the Indonesian Growth Manager and operations leadership Report on an activity for the region basis the status of field growth activities Responsible for the regional budget for on ground activities and initiatives Driving good field documentation - Testimony, Photo, Video shooting from Field Marketers Support various other growth activities as needed Requirements : Minimum Bachelor Degree - preferably from business / Management / Marketing / Communications 2-3 year experience in a management position, where they have led a team of 3+ people and reported directly to senior managers Digital savvy (comfortable with smartphone, google sheets, google docs, slack etc.) Very confident in presenting, and creating presentations on key results and project updates Comfortable with reporting, managing budgets, and performing performance analysis Has experience managing field teams who have worked in remote/rural areas Has experience working in rural communities, with a good understanding of community structure and protocols Fluent / conversational in English, both written and verbal
