Suarga Padang Padang Sustainable Boutique Resort is now looking for the most talented and motivated individual to join our team, we are currently looking to fill up the position: HEAD CHEF Job Requirement : Min. 3 years proven professional experience as Head Chef Max 45 years old Graduated from culinary arts, culinary science or related certificate Strong leadership & good communication skills in EnglishStrong culinary srategic management Up-to-date with culinary trends and optimized kitchen processes Good understanding of useful computer programs (MS Office, restaurant management software, POS) Job Description : Review menus, analyzes recipes, determines food and assigns prices to the menu items Creating menu items and developing dishes ensuring variety and quality Design standardized food presentation guidelines for each dish Maintain profitable food production level according to forecast Ensure wastage is minimised by careful supervision of food preparation methods Estimate staff’s workload and compensations Job Types: Full-time, Contract Ability to commute/relocate: Uluwatu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred) Education: D1-D4 (Required) Experience: Head Chef: 2 years (Preferred) Language: English (Required)
