Job Description
Reporting to: Chief People Officer
The Head of Talent Acquisition (VP) is seen as the Talent Advisor and Employer Ambassador who will drive Talent Acquisition Strategy, day-to-day recruitment operations and ensure an optimal experience for the candidates and internal stakeholders throughout the process.
General : responsible for sourcing, attracting, interviewing, hiring and onboarding employees in a company

General : responsible for sourcing, attracting, interviewing, hiring and onboarding employees in a company
- In-charge for Talent Acquisition team Lazada Indonesia for both entities (Platform and Logistic) with team size more than 10 people.
- Manage end to end recruitment process from sourcing to closing the position.
- Understand ID market demographic on talent mapping ( blue collar and white collar).
- Understand TA operations and how to improved effectiveness on SLA operation.
- . Optimize operational process flows and identify ways to deliver a consistent and scalable recruitment experience to all stakeholders.
- Preferable who have experience with employer branding or work closely with topic employer branding.
- Good in people management, beside managing the team but also managing stakeholder CEO-1 as customer. Identifying Business unit needs, and give an advice for hiring related not limited to strategy, process, and type of position.
- Preferred who have experience in TA not only in agencies but as well inhouse corporate.
- Highly proficient in data analytics and able to crunch as well as utilize data in crafting strategies.
- Strong understanding of labor laws and hiring regulations.
- Ability to make sound decisions quickly and efficiently.
Job Requirements
In order to succeed in the role, you should ideally have:
- Significant in-house experience in Talent Acquisition Leadership role with an ability to handle high volume, niche and complex positions.
- Demonstrated success in creating, launching and executing Talent Acquisition initiatives.
- Track record of influencing and partnering senior and executive managers across all cultures.
- Well-developed Program Management, Leadership and data analysis skills.
- An insightful leader who is Result-driven, Curious, Caring, Open-minded with an eye for details.
- Candidate with experience in start-up environments, passionate about Internet/eCommerce or industry experience in Internet/High-Tech/FMCG is highly desirable.
- Proven record in working in aggressively growing business will be preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
