Requirements :

• Age 35-40 years old
• Can speak Mandarin/ Chinese is a must
• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management,Psychology, Law or equivalent
• At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position (Mining or Manufacturing Field).
• Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office, HRIS
• Proven working experience as HR Manager or other HR Executive

Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics

• Knowledge of HR systems and databases,labor law and HR best practices
• Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
• Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
• Able to work in Morowali,Central Sulawesi

Job Description

• Lead and manage the Human Resources function including handling policies, procedures and coordinating in the areas of recruitment, training, organizational development, performance management, and industrial relations;
• Design and build HR systems, procedures, and policies;
• Develop, improve and drive HR Programs and initiatives according to corporate objectives;
• Find solutions on the issue of human resources to support achievements of company targets and act as a business partner to the senior management;
• Identify needs in recruitment, training, talent development, and other HR functions as necessary;
• Maintain harmonization with labor unions and union representatives;
• Analyzes trends in compensation and benefits; researches and proposes competitive base and incentive pay programs to ensure the organization attracts and retains top talent;
• Oversees employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations;
• Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law;
• Performs other duties as assigned.
