Job Description:
- Organize and maintain employee data, update HR database in HRIS
- Ensure onboarding and offboarding process running well
- Perform administrative task for HR related matters, such as prepare letters and documentations
- Perform employee compensation & benefit, such as payroll process every month, PIC for employee health insurance process, PIC for BPJS Kesehatan & Tenaga Kerja, tax pph 21
- Analyze data to make salary structure to ensure all employee paid accordingly
- Maintain communication with HR related vendors, such as insurance, etc
- Participate in all HR activity to ensure employee engagement
- Organize employee evaluation to make sure performance management
Qualifications:
- Experience in HR especially in service field at least 5 years
- Preferable bachelor degree from Psychology Industry & Organizations or Human Resource Management
- Eager to learn & detail oriented
- Have good communication skills, both in Bahasa and English
- Familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Familiar with HRIS
