Deskripsi Lowongan

• Execute/drive/lead the ISO14001 and OHSAS18001 projects, and follow up the HSE management system of Valmet in Indonesia. Improve HSE performance to achieve HSE targets.
• Ensure all organization behaviors in line with Corporate HSE policy, legal requirements, and local government regulations. Guide and oversee related HSE procedures and instructions and ensure a proper/consistent implementation.
• Harmonize location resource, establish location level HSE training system, common practice and share the experiences. Conduct HSE internal/external audit activities; participate corporate HSE activities to take all measures reducing the risks and eliminating non conformities, come up with corrective actions.
• Lead HSE incidents investigation and ensure the information flow. Check HSE monitoring system to ensure accurate reporting by each unit.
• Maintain and improve employee engagement with team member together through effective communication.
• Align with HR to have training arranged to make sure employees competence be developed and recorded.
• Align with Finance to collect and analyze production data to make workshop run efficiently.
• Make MRO procurement, urgent parts purchase handling to make production run smoothly and efficiency.
• Maintain other necessary records, files and archives for information sharing and decision making.
• Organize travel details, flights, accommodation, cars, etc. for department personnel and guests travelling domestic or international routes.
• Ensure the use of company asset efficiently, rightfully and carefully. Keep company asset with good condition.
• Ensure the use of raw materials and consumable items efficiently. Keep raw material in good trace in our system Co-ordination and follow-up of common tasks given by reporting line.
