  • Bachelor of Accounting from reputable university (fresh graduate are welcome)
  • Excellent written and oral communication in English
  • Fluent in Mandarin language will be advantage
  • Have experience at least 1 years in Public Accounting Firm or Internal audit or insurance company
  • Have excellent computer skill ability (Ms Office, Ms Visio, Open Office), able operate ACL will be advantage.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Risk Based Audit, COSO, Enterprise Risk Management, Total Quality Management, ISO 9001, Balance Scorecard, and insurance business process
  • Good personality, high integrity, independence and objectivity.
  • Ability to work independently and team, demonstrate highly initiative and motivate, and willingness to travel (around Indonesia)
  • Have well develop investigative, evaluate, and problem solving ability
  • Good analytical, good reporting, communication and presentation skill
  • Hard and smart worker, adaptable, loyal, and able work under pressure and overtime
