Role Responsibilities

  • Responsible to provide market update to branches and ensure all Investment Advisory cascade down the message to clients
  • Engage closely with Branch Leaders and Segment team to give support needed from branches in delivering the NSR, L6Mos Active Clients, AUM and NTW etc
  • To provide quality economic information to frontliners and customers related market movement and Global Macroeconomics as part of education and update of client portfolio of Investment to frontliners and customers
  • Working closely with partners (Fund Houses) in getting the updated market, product update and involve closely in product creation discussion
  • To actively participate in joint client calls with frontliners to promote Investment products and needs to customers, including seminars, presentation, and market update to clients
  • Maintain close communication with the Group WM CIO, Group Investment Advisory
  • Working very closely with related stakeholders (Legal and Compliance, CABM, Retail analytics) in providing market update material, marketing campaign and data mining
  • Actively work together with WM Investment Product team in providing product solution to clients related on Mutual Funds, Fixed Income as well as improving end to end process to ensure streamline of operation flow as a way to improve client experience.
  • Make prompt report of suspicious transactions or proposed transactions in accordance to the documented process on reporting and/or in compliance with local regulatory requirements
  • Fully comply with Group Policy and standards on money laundering prevention or local regulatory requirements for the prevention of money laundering
  • Comply with Health & Safety policy as employee responsibilities: Follow HS&E instruction and procedures, to create a health and safety condition for ourselves, colleague, and protection of the environment and Highlight and report all accidents, incidents and unsafe conditions to Country HS&E
  • Responsible for the compliance of Group and regulator regulation working together with relevant stockholders.


  • Responsible to achieve revenue target from Managed Investment (Fixed Income and Mutual Funds)
  • Responsible to ensure enablers of achieving the target is executed resulted in good result of NSR
  • Managing Investment Specialist Team to give full support to branch team


  • Responsible to ensure smooth end to end process to provide top notch client experience by engaging closely with related stakeholders

People & Talent

  • Plan for the development of Investment Specialist team by training, register the talent in leadership program and on the job training
