Conduct business and user requirement analysis.

Investigate, evaluate and report alternative solutions to business needs and recommend the preferred solution.

Write Functional Specification Doc (FSD), design Database Schema, create flowchart, business process flow diagram, application's UI mockup, design reports and testing scenario.

Coordinate with business users and programmer team in software development project.

Communicate with business users, explain the impact of any change and train them in the use of new applications.

Test applications based on testing scenario.
Having experiences as Business Analyst/Project Manager/System.

Analyst/Programmer at least 2 years.

Having experiences for minimal 2 years in similar position.

Having experiences as a Leader in Software Projects, Telecommunication and Banking.

Knowing for Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

Having experiences in inventory and warehouse.

Can work under pressure and in tight deadlines.

Having writing, negotiation and presentation skill

Have Ms Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) and Ms Visio Skills.

Fluent in English both verbal and written.

Fluent in Unified Modeling Language (UML).

Have experience using Balsamiq and Visual Paradigm.
