Persyaratan
Female / Male, 22-30 years old

Have a Bachelor Degree in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronic Engineering and Instrumental Engineering (Magister Degree will be an advantage) with a minimum GPA 3.3 out of 4,00 from the reputable university (State University or Private University with minimum B Accreditation).

Have 2 years experience in Production, Quality Assurance and Technic Department at a Non Organic Factory will be an advantage (Fresh Graduate is welcomed to apply).

Have a good achievement beside the GPA in university or at works that proven by the certificate

Have strong orientation to learn and seeking information both theoretical and practical things related to the factory business.

Have a strong target oriented point of view that show by a high motivation in working.

Have a strong ability to work under pressure and tight deadline

Well adapted to any changes

Fluently in English and Mandarin (both written and speaking)

Willing to be placed in Medan Tanggung Jawab
Learning about the corporate system both the general and specific things.

Learning about the business process in each department to understand how the factory held all it’s process

Learning about the specific job in the specific department they are assigned in

Evaluate the system both corporate, department, business flow or specific job.

Suggest the improvement in a corporate both practical or strategical thing to their super ordinates based on a good analytical thinking.

Working with other people as a mentor to developed any skill needed in the future position

Well handling all the project that given by their super ordinates

Submit the report to the super ordinates
