Deliver new projects and socialize to employees in certain branch or area

Ensure the implementation of the projects according to the plan and goals

Conduct behavior and habit checking through observation and validation to employees in branch or area

Provide coaching and facilitate employees in branch or area to experience new way of working

Ensure all of new way of working regularity and control system management run effectively.
Bachelor's degree in all Majors, minimum GPA 3.00 out of 4.00

Single, female/male, maximum 26 years old in this year

Fresh graduates are very welcome to apply

Jabodetabek domicile

Willing to travel in certain period throughout all area in Indonesia

Willing to undergo service bond for 2 years

Have good analysis, problem solving, decision making, and communication skills

Have a good Microsoft Office operation skills

Able to speak in English is a plus
