  • Responsible for receiving, tracking, inspecting, storing and shipping of incoming goods
  • Inspect for loading and unloading of incoming goods together with customer properly
  • Prepare report and documentation of incoming goods during inspection
  • Make sure that customer receive all goods in good condition and completed as on CIPL
  • Prepare report data of whole materials/goods
  • Monitoring inventory levels, coordinating delivery schedules with a sense of urgency
  • Making list of incoming goods, checking shipping schedule of goods and prepare for inspections
  • Keep good communicate, coordination and work with internal management, customer and vendors
