1. Ensure adequate raw material to support production plan and timely issuance of Purchase Requisition
2.Monitor and expedite critical raw material to prevent stock out
3.Work closely with Production Planning team and highlight any supplies issues that will impact to production plan
4.Coordinating with vendor and logistics team for material collection and provide information of shipment mode (by airor ocean)
5.Provide rolling forecast of raw material to vendor/buyer as required
6.Generate accurate weekly inventory reports and timely dispatch to relevant parties
7.Perform other duties and functions as may be required by Superior
