Role Summary:
Trainees work under the supervision of an experienced manager or team leader who are responsible for their on the job training and learning. They receive basic training in a variety of identified areas by the managers.
Responsibilities:
You are required to be responsible in:
  • 6 months training at Training Centre, Riau.
Requirements:
You are required to meet certain qualifications such as:
  • Degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Chemical Engineering, minimum S1
  • Willing to relocate within Asian Agri operational sites
