About Our Client

Our client is one of the biggest local established business in Indonesia with a variety of business units. One of our client's biggest businesses is their footwear manufacturing company located in Bogor and Central Java. With their business getting bigger and expansion plan is on the way, they are looking for an Operations Director to overlook the whole manufacturing plant.

Job Description

Reporting to the CEO, the Operations Director is going to be responsible for leading the manufacturing plant on a day-to-day basis. This role is going to have full capacity in managing and coordinating all support functions within the plant as well as ensuring compliance with company policies.

The Successful Applicant

  • MUST HAVE minimum 10 years of experience in plant management, especially exposure in footwear & apparel productions
  • MUSH HAVE a strong entrepreneurial mindset with good hands-on traits
  • MUST be willing to be based in Bogor and Central Java
  • Possess outstanding plant management and leadership skills
