Our client is a waste management startup, operating in Jakarta and Bali and is planning to expand overseas this year.

Job Responsibility:
Coordinate with site supervisors and operators to ensure that daily targets are met.

Plan daily, weekly, and monthly activities and targets.

Plan daily, weekly, and monthly budgets.

Coordinate technology maintenance and checks and plan repairs.

Manage and schedule manpower.

Coordinate with procurement and accounting according to budget and activities.

Manage site data and documents.

Ensure all SOPs are implemented.

Conduct risk assessments.

Coordinate with management for troubleshooting.

Output:
Every site reach daily input and output target

Operational cost fall within budget

All daily data on every site is documented
Bachelor degree in engineering is preferred

More than 5 years of experience in the construction area, with knowledge both in the field and on the operation side

Male with age less than 35 years old is preferred (due to the working location)

Willing to travel
