Job Descriptions:
- Conduct activities related to organizational planning which includes making organizational charts, refining role mandates, and preparing job descriptions.
- Compile, update, and provide recommendations on organizational standardization including organizational design, naming positions, and references to the number of headcounts.
- Arranging organizational standards including organizational design, naming positions, and references to the number of headcounts.
- Coordinate with related parties, particularly the Human Capital Business Unit in implementing Organization Development projects.
- Conduct benchmarking & project analysis to support the achievement of organizational effectiveness initiatives.
- Conduct a preliminary review of the manpower planning proposed by the Business Unit to ensure the achievement of productive, effective, and efficient workforce management.
Job Qualifications:
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Management, Psychology, or Industrial Engineering Major.
- Minimum 1 year of working experience in Organization Development.
- Computer literate (Ms. Office).
- Willing to be placed in BSD City, South Tangerang.
