Responsibilities:

• Create and maintain training presentations, deliver product trainings;
• Create and update fact sheets and other information files and sheets;
• Create Optional Tour Booklet Production annually;
• Work with TP and Database Team to create pricing and updating EXO experiences and roundtrips (Travel Trade and Offline);
• Research and conduct product development in Bali, and other destinations of Indonesia, including itinerary writing & quotation (PCM);
• Communicate and produce creation for Agents and also our sales offices;
• Creating ENL/Explorer/ProGuide content;
• Act as the key contact to Bangkok Head Office;
• Create and disseminate weekly product update report mails to Management and all department related (Inbound, Adventure, Event, Operation, and Product);
• Create and disseminate biweekly/monthly external product update mails to agents, sales offices and product team in Head Office;
• Create weekly short report to Product Manager on weekly progress and next week pending goals update every Friday;
• Maintain a clear communication and update by doing regular mail exchange on product development and findings with Product Manager.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Business or other related field
• 2 years’ experience in Tourism product, sales and/or marketing or a similar role.
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English (other foreign language is a plus).
• Team player with a positive and dynamic personality.

Skills:

• Good product knowledge of the destinations.
• Comprehensive travel industry knowledge.
• Ability to work under pressure and flexible to work outside of regular office hour.
• Excellent interpersonal, presentation and organization skills.
• Ability to take decisions and solve problems on your own.
• Strong team work & voluntarily help your departmental co-workers.
• Good computer literacy (MS Office, G-Suite, project management tools, design platforms, and CRM).

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Salary: Rp4,000,000 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Denpasar: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
