DepartmentOperations LevelExperienced (Individual Contributor) LocationIndonesia - Jakarta The Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. Job Description: Researching and tracking the features and performance of the products Identifying trends and patterns in the market and industry Providing insights and recommendations to inform product roadmap and strategy Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including product management, marketing, and engineering Gathering customer feedback and conducting user research Staying up-to-date with industry developments and best practices Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Economics, or Computer Science 3 years of experience in a product-related role, preferably in a customer-facing or competitive intelligence capacity Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Proficiency in SQL and Excel Experience with user research and customer feedback analysis Excellent communication and presentation skills
