Product Owner - Product Lead
About This Position
IndoSystem is looking for a Product Owner / Product Lead to join our super talented team. You are not afraid of challenge, and will do everything to achieve your goal. You know what makes and breaks a product, and you want to be in a position that can decide that. You know what “team-works” mean, and you know how to lead a team that delivers.
High-Level Responsibilities
As Product Owner / Product Lead, you will be the central of everything, literally. You will manage the define product vision, product lifecycle. The decisions you made will be based on the business requirement that you gather and prioritize, as well as other data that you will need to creatively acquire from internal (sales, marketing) & external (competitors, public information, media) sources. Most importantly, you will work with the engineering team to make sure that you can deliver the product on-time & on-budget.
Technical Skills
- Excellent teamwork & communication skills
- Experience as a Product Manager / Business Development / Tech Lead
- Experience with SCRUM (Agile) methodology
- Very comfortable leading a meeting & product demo
- Great with reporting & forecasting
Nice to have
- Great multiple language skill. In order of preference: English, Chinese, Japanese.
- Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred)
- Technical background (Experience in Startup & Lean methodology preferred)
Location
- This is a full-time position for our awesome Jakarta & Cirebon office.
