Minimal Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering / Mechanical Engineering or other relevant fields.
Minimal three years experience as Production Manager in Food Industry or Pharmaceutical Industry.
Have knowledge about Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, HACCP, GMP, 5R, ISO 9001, ISO 22000.
Ability to manage a team efficiently and effectively.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Make an annual budget (MPP, CAPEX, FOH).
Plan, Organize production planning & production performance (manpower and machines).
Managing the implementation of SOPs & Work Instructions in the Production Section.
Be responsible for production output & product quality.
Managing and continuous improvement for all production processes.
Development KPI for all Productions Team.
Managing and developing team to ensure smooth progress and achieve production’s daily target.
Responsible for the food safety and confidentiality of company documents.
