Job Description Job Description Responsibilities Identify, develop and evaluate marketing strategy, based on knowledge of establishment objectives, market characteristics and cost and mark up factors Assist in preparation, administration and documentation of proposals Maintain existing business accounts and secures new accounts through aggressive and creative sales and marketing programs Conducts sales presentations to prospective clients Coordinates and participate in promotional activities and trade shows to market the serviced apartment and office buildings Prepare monthly reports of leasing for review of plans and procedures Conducts economic and commercial surveys to identify potential markets for the company Assumes other duties or responsibilities as assigned Report to Japanese Requirements Have a minimum of D3 degree in hotel / tourism or equivalent - Have a minimum of 3 - 4 years previous supervisory experiences in Japanese Hotel or Japan Desk Division Have a high level of commercial awareness and sales capabilities Have excellent leadership, interpersonal and communication skills Have excellent negotiation skills Fluent English for both verbal and written Have ability to work under pressure Willing to be placed in Karawang Desirable Character Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Persuasive Ambitious, goal-oriented CAN DO Attitude Positive mindset Multi tasking Strong personality Self motivated Initiative and creative
