Persyaratan
Male, 40-50 years old

At least have a bachelor degree related to sales and marketing (More likely to have a Master Degree in Economy with a Marketing Management Specialization).

At least 5 years experience in a same position in a Fast Moving Consumer Good and Distributor.

Have a strong motivation and target oriented that approved with an Achievement Award in the previous experience.

Mastering end to end process in Marketing including establish the marketing strategy based on the projection of the market share in a future, leading the market expansion and cascading the marketing plan.

Mastering end to end process in Sales including establish the sales strategy based on the sales target, leading the sales expansion and cascading the sales plan.

Well handling the product pricing structure with a good reasonable analysis to decide the competitive price toward the competitor’s product.

Have a good understanding in product development by having a good understanding and sensitivity to the market’s need that related to have a strong sense of innovation.

Have a good analytical ability to analyse the strength and the weakness of each product to performed a strong product improvement.

Ability to compile all the data related to sales and marketing to developed a strong marketing and sales system.

Have a good communication skill to discussed about marketing and sales strategic plan with the Board of Director and to communicate the plan to their subordinates.

Have a good sense of leadership and people management that based on strategic point of view including communicate the goals and strategic to the subordinates, able to set the rules and discipline in the sales and marketing team, evaluate the subordinates performance, set the right training for the subordinates, able to solve the problem that related to human and achieving target including impacted the team with a good motivation.

Mastering in logistic and distribution process and solving the problems with a strategic point of view.

Strong ability in controlling account receivable and credit in a healthy and acceptable level that related solve the problem of a bad debt.

Strong ability in networking and relationship building to major accounts including supermarket chain, hypermarket and sub distributor.

Mastering the strategy in improving efficiency in a sales and marketing department.

Fluent in English, Mandarin and Hokkien.

Already got both First and Second Dose of Covid-19 Vaccine

Willing to be in contract for the first year before become a permanent employee.

Willing to be placed in Medan.

Willing to be in business trip to all corporate operational area.
