About the Team
The Governance and Experience team is a global team responsible for ensuring that our platform provides a safe, welcoming, and enjoyable experience for our Merchants, Creators and our community. We value user satisfaction and work on policies, rules and systems to ensure quality.

Responsibilities
  • Understand requirements from product compliance teams and map them with automation tools to ensure that the products listed on our platform comply with the legal requirements of both local markets and platform;
  • To classify products based on their potential risks and take appropriate actions in order to protect customers from recalled or unsafe products;
  • To identify and remove from the platform products that violate our listing policies and proactively satisfy the platform's regulatory obligations for these products;
  • Ensure that good ideas are consistently implemented across all tasks in order to improve efficiency and standardize process workflows;
  • Understand the business and identify potential areas of improvement from a technical perspective and propose changes to standard tools accordingly.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent education/experience, an advanced degree is preferred;
  • Minimum 3 years of working experience in product compliance;
  • 2+ years experience working on product safety and compliance or policy in a major tech or media company;
  • Using a keen eye for detail on product listing issues and bringing your expertise to corrective actions;
  • Leveraging creativity and inspection to identify and improve processes;
  • Fluency in Bahasa Indonesian is required to communicate with Indonesian markets; Fluency in English is also required as it is the working language.
