  • Designing and developing training programs based on the needs of the organization and its employees
  • Monitoring, and reviewing the progress of the training programs
  • Conducting internal training
  • Create concept and strategy for implementing Talent Identification system and process
  • Implementing and managing the Talent Review process and all activity related
  • Creating and implementing Talent Development Plan and also Individual Career and Development Plan
  • Monitoring Talent Development Activity

  • Minimum Bachelors Degree in Psychology Major from reputable university
  • At least 3 years of experiences in Training
  • Have experience in conducting Training (TNA. Silabus, Modul, Evaluation, etc) would be a plus point
  • Good knowledge in Talent Review & Succession Planning Process
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skill
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office & Google Products (Sheet, Word, Forms)
  • Placement : Head Office (The East Building, Mega Kuningan, South Jakarta)
