- Designing and developing training programs based on the needs of the organization and its employees
- Monitoring, and reviewing the progress of the training programs
- Conducting internal training
- Create concept and strategy for implementing Talent Identification system and process
- Implementing and managing the Talent Review process and all activity related
- Creating and implementing Talent Development Plan and also Individual Career and Development Plan
- Monitoring Talent Development Activity
- Minimum Bachelors Degree in Psychology Major from reputable university
- At least 3 years of experiences in Training
- Have experience in conducting Training (TNA. Silabus, Modul, Evaluation, etc) would be a plus point
- Good knowledge in Talent Review & Succession Planning Process
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skill
- Proficient in Microsoft Office & Google Products (Sheet, Word, Forms)
- Placement : Head Office (The East Building, Mega Kuningan, South Jakarta)
