A retreat and spa resort in Uluwatu, Bali is looking for a talented and enthusiastic Waiter/Waitress (Full-time)

Responsibilities:

• Provide fast and courteous service of food and beverages to guests and ensure the quality of food and beverage's presentation per established standards
• Adhere to local regulations concerning health, safety, or other compliance requirements, as well as brand standards and local policies and procedures
• Communicate to the superior of any difficulties, guest comments and other relevant information
• Establish and maintain effective employee working relationships
• Attend and participate in daily briefings and other meetings as scheduled
• Attend and participate in training sessions as scheduled
• Take appropriate action to resolve guest complaints
• Ensure food and beverage's stock is stored in relation to hotel procedures
• Perform related duties and special projects as assigned

Requirements:

• Indonesian citizen
• Proficient in written and verbal English communication
• Proven experience working in a similar role
• Demonstrate ability to interact with customers, employees and third parties that reflects highly on the hotel, the brand and the Company
• Alcohol awareness certification and/or food service permit or valid health/food handler card as required by local government agency
• Degree or high school diploma
• Food service experience with general knowledge of restaurant's operational preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Rp3,000,000 - Rp3,500,000 per month

Experience:

• Waiter/Waitress: 1 year (Preferred)
